正位瑜珈

以艾揚格(Iyengar)瑜珈的練習方式為基礎,進行漸進式的練習。

利用瑜珈輔具如:瑜珈磚、繩、壁繩、椅子、抱枕..等輔具,來幫助各種不同的身體安全地做到正確的姿勢。

藉由體位法的練習,專注在練習時身體肌肉與骨骼的正位,讓練習者專注在當下。

適合初學者與有經驗的練習者。
