自從我開始上瑜珈之後每次考試都考一百分明顯的變壯了


個子也變高了自信心都回到我身上了

肌筋膜一旦緊縮,肌肉就會出現僵硬、難以活動,痠痛病症隨之上身!「痠」與「痛」,是肌筋膜緊繃的訊號,提醒該設法改善了。然而,很多人對痠痛的觀念有誤,認為「忍耐一下就過了」、「做粗工就是會這樣」、「運動後痠痛很正常」、「買膏藥貼也算治療」,一路漠視身體給我們的警告,直到有一天,怎樣都忍耐不下去,也說服不了自己這是正常時,才拖著病體就醫,往往延誤了治療黃金期。
 「肌筋膜緊縮」、「肌肉失去彈性」、「骨骼和神經受到損傷」,這些現象的發生,其實是一連串的因果。如果了解箇中原因,並熟知每個階段的進程,便能把握時機讓醫師和復健師介入,多數患者有希望大幅改善,甚至能完全康復。否則,隨著病情的加劇,身體活動機能越來越差,人變得不愛動,除了痠痛,還有更多疾病上身,甚至到了無可挽救的地步。屆時降低的,不只是生活品質,還有生命尊嚴。

I started taking classes with Gina at BodyCare Pilates and Yoga Studio about three months ago. I had been working out on my own with Youtube videos before that, but I felt really stressed and had gained weight due to poor sleep and emotional eating. One of my friends brought me to the BodyCare studio to take pilates and yoga classes with Gina, and I began to feel less stressed, especially in terms of fitness and weight.
 
Gina is very patient and conducts class in a relaxed atmosphere, though you can tell that she cares a lot about the students and the practices of yoga and pilates. She constantly reminds us that we are not competing with other people; we are doing what is best for our bodies at this moment.

這幾年的學習,不再著重於資訊的獲取,而是我真正體驗到甚麼。我發現Pilates的練習,教了我ㄍ一ㄥ沒有用,按步就班,恰巧的動作,能夠進步最快。
每次在Gina的指導下,當動作變形,例如不該用力的肌肉緊張,不該click的關節click了,Gina會給更簡單的動作,或終止該練習。因為只有兩人班,在老師眼下只有乖乖聽話,不得造次。

好幾年前,我經常會走路走沒多久就腿痠腰痛,生活中也因長期姿勢或施力不正確(卻不自知)而導致下背or下肢經常不舒服、骨盆旋轉等,這些姿勢體態不良的問題總讓我非常困擾。即使已刻意地督促自己養成運動習慣卻也不知為何這些狀況遲遲沒有改善...
這期間也曾經在外面上過一班好幾十人的皮拉提斯,運動過程雖然會流汗也覺得肌肉酸痛應該是有鍛鍊到吧,但有時卻覺得身上某些疼痛不減反增...
  
直到四年前在網路上看到老師開的皮拉提斯課程,發現原來皮拉提斯師資還有專屬的國際認證,於是抱著好奇心來報名,沒上多久就發現這正是我身體期待已久的"聰明運動" !

一旦你不再執著、不再有牽掛的時候,你就能服務他人了,這樣你會愈來愈快樂。這就是為什麼有的時候我說無我的人是最自私的人。為什麼呢?因為一個無我的人是不願意失去和平與快樂的。
 
有沒有可能做到沒有欲望?事實上,是不可能的。
只有心在,它的任務就是產生漣漪、欲望。

2013年可以說是我生命轉變的一年,正籌畫著要到加拿大打工度假,重寫新的人生,滿心期待再兩個月就要離開台灣,飛向未知的旅程……
另一方面心裡不捨才剛到鄉下奶奶家讀書的5歲女兒,擔心她不適應沒有媽媽陪伴的日子,所以幾個禮拜以來,幾乎每周都開車南下探望女兒。
就在一次南下的途中,在高速公路上發生車禍,當時車子失控,不停地快速旋轉,直到撞擊外側護欄後才彈起停止,逆向面對著外側車道,一台大型貨櫃車距離我約一步之遙,也及時停住。接著我就躺上救護車了。
躺在急診室裡,焦慮的等待檢查結果,感謝神!我很幸運地只有脊椎骨折,手術完後好好休養、復健,便可恢復如正常人般的生活了。

在Gina這兒上皮斯提拉器械(Reformer)應該一年多了!
對於這幾年喜歡瑜珈和舞蹈的我,
皮斯提拉的地位迅速上升,
在Gina的指導下我全身肌肉除了更有力量也更均衡。
不小心回到自己的慣用模式,很快就被她發現、調整。
被操得咬牙切齒時,聽她緩緩說這個動作有非常好的提臀效果或瘦腰成果,
立刻就覺得十匹馬力注入,還面帶微笑做完。
希望我的持之以恆能有隱形馬甲隨身,
想著都覺得自己優雅幸福啊!

About 6 months ago, I had a scooter accident in Taiwan. After the accident, I had serious pain on my back and hips, especially on rainy days. To get rid of this pain, I decided to go to get a professional massage. The masseuse told me I had a problem with my spine, which caused the pain I had. He added that he could solve this problem. So I went there twice a week for more than two months, but sadly I didn't feel any remarkable effects.
So I started googling what I could do to ease the pain. Finally, I found a blog, called BodyCare Pilates & Yoga Studio. The interesting thing is that when I found this yoga studio, I didn't realize that it was located near my house. I think it was destiny. The blog was about core muscles and reformation, which is mentioned as what is good for those who has problem on their spine. After reading this, I thought this must be the place for me. When I found this studio, it was Chinese New Year, so I had to wait for about 5 days. This is how i started yoga at this body care pilates and yoga studio.
It has been about 2-3 months since I started yoga. Now I don't have any pain on my back or hips. Right after the accident I couldn't run for more than 5 minutes. But now I can run as much as I want. More interestingly however, there were more benefits I didn't expect to gain:
1. my pre-menstrual pain disappeared for two months in a row;

久聞Pilates是針對小肌肉的運動,承蒙Gina明師指點,我最近小肌肉旋轉肌套終於醒過來了,小肌肉醒過來以後,其他的運動例如瑜珈與神聖舞蹈立即改觀,特別撰文慶祝!
 在某堂地板的一對一指導課,Gina針對手上舉時肩關節的活動多所著墨,為了叫醒旋轉肌套的小圓肌,某個無聊的復健動作大約重複了一世紀之久(主觀的心理時間感覺很長),當時我的心裡有許多抗拒,腦袋飄過的OS例如:
